These terms apply to tickets bought on this website for shows by The Second Thoughts.

Tickets

  • Your receipt email and “My tickets” page contain a QR code and ticket code for each ticket. Each code admits one person, once.
  • Keep your ticket link private: anyone with it can use your tickets.
  • Student and other discounted tickets may require ID at the door.

Refunds and exchanges

If we cancel a show, we'll refund your tickets in full to your original payment method.

At the show

Shows are improvised and may include mature themes unless listed as family-friendly. Audience members may be invited, never required, to take part. [LEGAL REVIEW: late seating, recording and photography policy]
